SUSPENDED MONOBLOCK SUPPLY AND EXHAUST AIR

HEAT DISPOSAL UNITS

Suspended monoblock supply and exhaust air units with heat recovery MS series are compact devices which are intended for the organization of air exchange indoors. Installations must be used indoors at ambient temperatures within 0 ... + 40 ° C and relative humidity up to 80%.

Working temperature range of the moved air - from -25 ° C to 40 ° C.

This type of installation is ideal for creating ventilation systems in small shops, cafes, restaurants, gyms, schools, kindergartens and more.

Body:

BODY

The unit body is frame based, made of aluminum profile and sandwich panels. The panels thickness is 20 mm. Unit panels are made of steel with aluzinc coating. Such coating provides reliable protection of metal against corrosion and is recommended for use in areas with harsh air conditions. The service life of metal with this type of coating is up to 50 years. Panel filling - mineral wool. Removable inspection panel is located on the side.

FAN

Units equiped with centrifugal fans with a motor on the shaft.  All fans are produced by EBM PAPST (Germany),

ZIEHL-ABEGG (Germany). All units use fans with ЕС-motors.

EC-technology - it is an intelligent technology that uses an integrated electronic control system, which allows to ensure that the engine always runs at optimal load. Compared to AC motors, energy efficiency in EC motors is many times higher. The advantage of EC fans is low power consumption and ease of operation.

Advantages:

-High efficiency (93%), energy savings provides a reduction in operating costs (reduction of energy costs from 30% by optimizing the fan mode in accordance with the required parameters).
- Low noise level at relatively high power (lower than traditional fans by 20 ÷ 30 dB (A)).
- Possibility of smooth and precise regulation, possibility of programming, regulation of productivity of the fan depending on temperature, pressure and smoke level.
- Engine protection against mechanical damage and electric overloads (range of admissible supply voltages 200-277 V and 380-480 V ± 15%).
- Does not require maintenance service.
- Has a long service life (more than 60,000 hours, ie 6-8 years of continuous operation).

Electric heater

The electric heater consists of a heating element made of heat-resistant alloy Cr-Ni-Fe mounted on a frame made of steel coated with aluzinc (AlZn). The heater is equipped with two overheat protections:
at 60 ° C - with automatic restart,
at 90 ° C - with manual confirmation.

Filter

EU4 class panel filters made of non-flammable, moisture-resistant synthetic fabric are installed as standard. Recommended final pressure drop is 100 Pa.

Recuperator

Units use a highly efficient countercurrent plate recuperator. The material for the plates is a corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy. The flows of fresh and exhaust air are completely separated and directed counterclockwise along thin parallel aluminum plates.

Moisture and odor transfer from one stream to another is impossible.

At low supply air temperatures, moisture will condense from the exhaust air with additional heat release. The countercurrent recycler module is equipped with a stainless steel drainage tray. When condensing, there is a risk of the recycler freezing. To prevent this, the unit is equipped with a bypass with an air valve and actuator.

Automation system

The automation unit is located directly on the ventilation system and is equipped with a remote control panel, the display of which shows all the technological parameters. The control panel is connected to the automation unit with a cable up to 100 m long. This allows you to install the remote control in a room serviced by an engineering system.

Switching on / off of the ventilating unit can be carried out both from the control panel, and according to the schedule that can be set in advance, but to be disconnected by the fire alarm system.

The task of automation is to maintain the exhaust temperature at a given level. The temperature of the supply air is limited to the minimum and maximum value.

Control of cooling or heating devices is used to maintain the temperature.

- The heat recuperator of countercurrent type of exhaust air. Freeze protection is achieved by setting a freezing thermostat. If the thermostat is triggered, the defrost procedure is performed by opening the bypass valve.

Electric heater. A protective thermostat is used to prevent overheating.

Ventilation systems provide smooth fan speed control. The speed of supply and exhaust air changes synchronously. There is a speed control mode, in which the speed decreases when the set temperature is reached in the exhaust duct.
